Operation Connect is a FREE military transition program that gives back to those who served our country. Our mission is to connect transitioning service members to business leaders, owners, and influential people in the community.

Veterans are future captains of industry, leaders, and model citizens in our North San Diego community. They will enrich our local economy for years to come and are a community asset deserving of investment.

Veterans, Military Spouses, & Military Families

Operation Connect is a program offered by SDNEF that provides a business environment for transitioning service members, military spouses, and military families an opportunity to connect with business owners, professionals, and community leaders through free business networking events.

There is no cost to veterans who participate in the program.

Transitioning military personnel must either be within two years of separation from the service OR have been enrolled as a student since separation.  Military spouses and families are welcome.

North San Diego Business Chamber Members experience profound gratification in assisting transitioning military personnel by being an Ambassador in Operation Connect.

OC Ambassadors assist OC Graduates build their civilian business network by networking with the veterans at North San Diego Business Chamber's Regional Connect networking events (RCN) each month.

All Ambassadors must be Members in good standing of the North San Diego Business Chamber.
